i've been following 'walking dead' and i'm still not sure. the '28 days later' rip off straight away was really, blatant. zombie genre is sacred. no half-assery, please.
i mean, the zombie genre is sacred because its was very "half-assed" in terms of production, because there were usually low budgets.
now the interesting thing is that big budget zombie shit is getting made, but its still kind of half-assed in another way, in that that in itself doesn't make sense for the zombie genre. its almost like double assed rather than half assed. almost a reverse dynamic
that being said, as the show is progeressing i believe its kind of developing a "lost" feeling, which is ok but regrettable kind of, but its still in the middle of the first season but only time will tell
